Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in New Jersey is seeking dedicated DSPs for full-time and part-time roles. You will provide 1:1 support to adults with disabilities and help with daily activities, meals, medications, and transportation.

Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over 21.
• Assist with daily activities including personal care, meals, meds, and transportation.

• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral strategies as directed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1:1 support to individuals with disabilities over the age of 21.
• Assist individuals with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation.
• Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes independence and empowerment.
• Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies as directed by supervisors.
• Engage in meaningful activities and community integration opportunities with individuals to enhance their quality of life.
