You will assist residents with entering/exiting vehicles, secure mobility devices, and maintain vehicle safety checks while upholding privacy and dignity.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, English communication, and the ability to follow schedules.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for vehicle type operated.
• Safe driving record per company standards.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle record checks.
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused.
• Interest in working with older adults.
• Professional demeanor and strong communication.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to medical appointments and outings.
• Operate community vehicles safely and courteously.
• Assist residents entering and exiting vehicles.
• Secure walkers, wheelchairs, and mobility devices.
• Ensure seat belts are fastened and equipment secured.
• Confirm schedules and destinations before departure.
• Coordinate with team on transportation needs and schedule changes.
• Maintain vehicle logs and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep vehicles clean and organized.
• Report accidents or safety concerns immediately.
