Job summary

Memorial Community Health, Inc. is seeking a driver to transport residents and patients safely and punctually. You will ensure vehicles are maintained and ready for service, while upholding privacy and patient rights under HIPAA. You will also assist maintenance tasks and complete necessary paperwork.

The role requires good customer service, a satisfactory driving record, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely. Experience in transporting elderly individuals is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle in a safe manner.
• Good customer service skills.
• Experience in transporting the elderly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, comfortable, timely transportation to residents and patients.
• Ensure EPV and Clinic vehicles are operating correctly at all times.
• Provide back up and assistance for the maintenance department.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Follow HIPAA regulations and protect confidentiality of patient and resident records.
• Comply with state and federal regulations related to hospital operations and patient rights.
