Job summary

The Highlands in the United States seeks a full-time Driver to transport residents to activities in a company vehicle. Shifts run Friday through Monday, 8:00am to 6:30pm, with paid time off and daily pay options among benefits.

The role includes maintaining the van, light maintenance tasks, and supporting life-enrichment activities. Applicants must be at least 21, have a HS diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and a valid license (CDL if required).

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
• Clean driving record and valid license to operate the vehicle.
• Completion of drug testing and background check on hire and on request.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur residents in the company vehicle as scheduled.
• Maintain and clean the company van and assist with event set-ups.
• Ensure resident safety when entering/exiting the vehicle and during transport.
• Monitor safety rules while the vehicle is in motion.
• Assist Maintenance/Housekeeping with light tasks and trash removal.
• Support resident activities and life enrichment events as requested.
