Job summary

The Highlands in Topsham, ME, is hiring a Driver for a full-time schedule Friday through Monday, 8:00am–6:30pm. You will transport residents to activities, keep the van clean, and assist with light maintenance and event setups.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license essential.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; follow directions accurately.
• Basic mechanical awareness and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Chauffeur residents in the company van to activities and events as scheduled.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Assist with event set-ups and safety checks for resident transport.
• Support other departments with light tasks when requested.
