The Highlands in Topsham, Maine is seeking a full-time Driver to transport residents to activities and events in a safe and caring manner. The role includes maintaining the company van and assisting with light maintenance, while supporting resident-centered programs.

Requirements include being 21+, a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and ability to lift 40 lbs. CDL may be required. Enjoyment of working with seniors and English literacy are essential.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have a clean driving record and pass background checks.
• Must have valid drivers’ license; CDL may be required.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Mansioni

• Chauffeur residents in the company vehicle as scheduled.
• Maintain the van and ensure passenger safety.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks and with activity support.
• Assist Life Enrichment with resident activities as needed.
• Complete pickup and delivery errands as requested by supervisor.
