Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years in assisted living and 2+ years memory care preferred.
• AZ Assisted Living Facility Manager certification in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee personal care and directed care programs per local/state/federal regs.
• Develop and implement care plans to maintain or enhance resident independence and satisfaction.
• Ensure top-quality care and service delivery.
• Foster effective communications with residents, families, and staff.
• Manage resident census and adhere to program budget.
• Lead and supervise team to ensure consistent service.
