Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living of Verona is seeking a passionate Assistant Executive Director to join our leadership team. You’ll partner with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations, develop the team, and create a home-like environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in healthcare or senior living environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Director to oversee daily operations and ensure high resident care and service.
• Support team development, coaching, scheduling, and employee engagement while building a strong culture of teamwork and accountability.
• Help ensure compliance with state regulations, company standards, and best practices.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and advocate for their needs and quality of life.
• Assist with budgeting, operational planning, quality improvement, and community initiatives.
• Lead by example to foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff.
