Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to meet essential physical demands including lifting individuals and handling bodily fluids.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in maximizing their strengths and building relationships.
• Ensure health, wellness, and safety through supervision.
• Implement individualized plans and provide personal care.
• Monitor and administer medication as prescribed.
• Communicate with families and external providers.
