A TURNING POINT FOR LIFE OF IL is seeking a DSP to join our team in Illinois. You will help enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities by assisting with hygiene, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and medication dispensing.

The role requires patience, compassion, and reliability to support clients in daily living. Responsibilities include personal care, dressing, mobility support, meal prep, companionship, and errands.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, respectful, ethical.
• Attentive to details.
• Previous experience as a DSP, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• 18+ years of age.
• Evidence of High School Completion.
• IL Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift objects.
