Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with developmentally disabled adults preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Accompanies and supports clients in the home and/or community to achieve goals in the plan of care.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility needs.
• Document shift reports and required forms daily.
• Observe and document client behaviors to support treatment goals.
• Follow ISP goals and report needed repairs to case manager.
• Participate in required training and adhere to Magnolia mission and values.
