Job summary

Evergreen Presbyterian Ministries, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional I to maintain a healthy, safe environment and support individuals with their care plans in our community setting.

You will follow approved plans and coordinate with the Home Manager/Day Program Supervisor to ensure consistent care. The role requires compassionate caregiving, reliable transportation, and documentation in line with state requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform records and reports.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (non-driver) or 21 years of age (driver).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a healthy, safe, and therapeutic environment.
• Assist with medication and treatment plans as needed.
• Assist with daily living activities and home maintenance.
• Provide transportation and budgeting support as required.
• Complete documentation per policies.
