Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support.
- Support health and wellness, including attending medical appointments.
- Assist with mobility and use of mobility aids.
- Support behavioral and emotional needs in a respectful manner.
- Plan and participate in community, educational, and social activities.
- Assist with communication tools and advocate for needs and access to services.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and document care in electronic systems.
