Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, clean, home-like environment and report needs.
• Inform Program Manager of incidents and rights violations.
• Develop ADL and ILS relevant to residents.
• Maintain residents' medical, psychological, cognitive, and social needs records.
• Maintain medication records and assist with orders and appointments.
• Transport residents to programs, appointments, and home visits.
• Assist with meals and household tasks; ensure nutritional needs are met.
• Participate in treatment meetings and resident reviews.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate degree preferred
