Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in Human Services required.

Responsibilities

• Provides and ensures a safe, clean environment at all times.
• Maintains ongoing knowledge of each resident’s medical needs.
• Reports immediately any observed deficiencies to management.
• Assists clients with skill development in daily living activities.
• Provides habilitation services as prescribed in client service plans.
