Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 1+ year supporting someone with I/DD.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide attendant care and relief care.
• Help clients engage in community activities.
• Assist with ADLs and transportation to appointments.
• Perform household tasks and life skills support.
• Document care and follow care plans.
• Promote independence and dignity.
