Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Able to pass a background check.
• 1+ years experience providing support for an I/DD individual and/or family member.
• Have a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide help with activities of daily living (ADLs) including physical and emotional support.
• Provide transportation for appointments and daily activities.
• Develop client relationships and foster positive self-esteem.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
