Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities.
• Provide support according to each individual’s ISP.
• Complete required daily documentation.

• Assist with meals and household responsibilities.
• Provide medication assistance when applicable and properly trained.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
