REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is hiring a caregiver to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You’ll help with daily living, personal care, and participate in meaningful activities, guided by a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals and community participation.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Develop real, meaningful relationships and provide compassionate care.
