Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, seeks compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, daily living activities, and helping participants engage in meaningful activities.

We offer competitive pay of $17.00/hour, full benefits for full-time, a 401(k) with a 3% company match, paid time off, holiday pay, and strong supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt, multi-task, and work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals and participating in activities.
• Ensure safety, wellbeing, and positive behavioral support for participants.
• Document observations and communicate changes to Supervisors as needed.
