Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals and community integration.
• Provide compassionate, patient, and reliable care to individuals with complex needs.
