Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Six months in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants pursue personal goals and community participation.
• Assist with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition as part of wellness.
• Build real relationships and provide patient, compassionate support.
