Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers through its D&S Community Services division to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You’ll assist with personal hygiene, encourage participation in daily activities, and help participants advance toward their personal goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with participants, families, and supervisors.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable with strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Help participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals in pursuing personal goals, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist with community participation and engagement in activities.
• Provide a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for participants.
