Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills required.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible in daily care tasks.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Collaborate with the care team to implement individualized plans.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to supervisors.
