Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License with 1 year driving experience; license in good standing.
• Six months related work experience OR Bachelor's degree or enrollment in Psychology/Social Work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data.
• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, meal prep, and housekeeping.
• Provide personal care and supervision, teaching daily living and functional skills.
• Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings; provide safe transportation.
• Resolve problem behavior with appropriate crisis techniques and safety standards.
• Complete paperwork and maintain regular documentation; communicate with families.
