Bancroft is seeking Direct Support Professionals for per diem / flex staffing in New Jersey. Qualifications

Minimum 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED requirement.
Valid Driver’s License in the candidate’s legal name and current address; one year driving experience; license in good standing.
Minimum six months related work experience OR Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

Responsibilities

Carry out behavioral treatment plans and collect direct observational data.
Assist with daily living activities and teach daily living/functional skills.
Accompany individuals to healthcare appointments and community outings; provide safe transportation.
Complete paperwork and maintain documentation; communicate with residents, guardians, and family members.
