Job summary

Access Services is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to help adults with developmental disabilities in Levittown, Morrisville, Langhorne and Bristol areas. Roles include personal care, daily living support, and community integration.

Training is provided, with paid time and shift options from 9AM to 5PM. Full-time and part-time positions offer competitive hourly pay starting at $17/hour, plus benefits and opportunities for growth while supporting individuals to live meaningful

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year of direct care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
• Provide supports per each plan, including crisis management, emotional support and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain appropriate case notes and participate in supervision and training.
