Job summary

Howry Residential Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to supervise and support clients according to their Risk Management Plan. You will assist with daily routines, document progress, and adhere to policies to ensure safety and wellbeing.

The role requires fulfilling programming, health and safety, medical, and community integration duties, with flexibility for full-time or part-time work across shifts.

Qualifications

• Documentation of client progress is required daily.
• English language proficiency at a level that meets performance requirements.
• Adherence to dress code guidelines as required by the program.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily living activities and implement client programs.
• Document day-to-day client progress on programs and charts.
• Provide feedback on program success and appropriateness to the Program Coordinator.
• Follow client daily schedules and behavior plans.
• Assist with meals and light housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain safety and health protocols for clients and staff.
• Support client transportation and community activities as required.
