Job summary

00 RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide personalized assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges. You will support daily living, advocate for rights, and help clients engage meaningfully with their communities.

As a DSP you will work under supervision, follow person-centered plans, and document services while upholding confidentiality and high ethical standards in care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate community engagement by accompanying individuals to work, recreational activities, and social events.
• Teach independent living skills and personal care; assist with transportation as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and support.
• Connect individuals with community resources for career development and education.
