Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist with daily activities, maintain a structured routine, and help participants engage in community outings and daily living tasks.

Openings include part-time, full-time, and relief/per diem roles across Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and nearby areas. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine.
• Include: individual community outings, meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, medical appointments
