Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle.
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes: Individual community outings, Meal preparation, Assistance with activities of daily living, Personal care, Medical appointments.
