Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking Direct Care Professionals to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in the Fall River area. This role offers part-time evening hours and opportunities for personal growth, training, and advancement.

The position requires a compassionate mindset, reliable transportation, and a willingness to complete background checks and required screenings. No experience is necessary, with on-the-job paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someone’s life.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record required.
• Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with development disabilities in a residential program.
• Assist with daily living activities and meal preparation.
• Provide personal care and accompany individuals on community outings.
• Support individuals with medical appointments and transportation as needed.
