Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Server for a Full-Time AM Shift (6 AM–2 PM) in California. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service to residents, families and visitors, with POS order entry and table setup/breakdown to support dining operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service skills. Experience is welcome but not required; a background check and health screenings are required, with potential PPE and vaccination

Qualifikationen

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with staff, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB tests.
• May be required to vaccination and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Accurately and professionally take residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down (bus) tables.
• Assure compliance with all proper serving techniques/etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
