Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Server for its East Sacramento community. The role focuses on friendly, courteous dining service to residents, families and visitors, with POS order entry, table setup and adherence to serving etiquette and safety standards.

Qualifications emphasize a desire to work with the elderly, plus 16+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background/health checks and follow regulatory PPE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (physical/TB).
• Vaccination and PPE may be required to protect residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS accurately.
• Set up and break down tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
