Job summary

Oakmont of Fullerton is part of Oakmont Management Group, a premier senior living organization. The Server role involves delivering meals in a friendly, courteous way and supporting residents and guests in dining areas and kitchens.

Responsibilities include taking orders, entering them into the POS, setting up and breaking down tables, and ensuring proper etiquette and safety. Training is provided, with emphasis on service excellence and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Candidate should be willing to train and learn in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take and enter food and beverage orders into the POS system accurately.
• Set up and clear bus tables and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards at all times.
• Maintain a safe environment and cooperate with other departments.
• Support teamwork through positive interactions with coworkers.
