Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our dining team. You will foster a clean, welcoming dining environment and provide friendly, personalized service to residents while serving delicious meals.

In this role you will take orders, deliver meals, help residents with menu selections, and assist with dining room setup and supply inventory. The position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department guidelines for food service.
• Serve food and beverages for residents promptly and efficiently.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Primarily a standing position with extended standing.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve meals in a timely, presentable manner.
• Set up and deliver meal trays and carts to the dining room.
• Assist residents with meal selection or special needs.
• Set up dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assist in inventorying supplies.
