Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our dining team. The role focuses on fostering a clean, welcoming dining environment and delivering timely, appetizing meals to residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and health regulations for food service operations.
• Ability to serve residents promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis that are presentable and appetizing.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Handles requests from residents who require assistance with meal selection or have specific needs.
• Sets up the dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.
