Benchmark Senior Living in Connecticut is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. You will help create a clean, welcoming dining environment and provide attentive, personalized service to residents while serving delicious meals.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, assisting with meal selections, setting up dining rooms, and inventorying supplies. You will stand for long periods and must be able to lift up to 50lbs; prior compliance with health guidelines is

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations for food service operations.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Primarily a standing position; must stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room.
• Assists residents with meal selection and special needs.
• Sets up the dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.
