Benchmark Senior Living Stamford is seeking a Full Time Server to join our dining team. You will foster a clean, welcoming dining environment and deliver friendly, personalized service to residents in a caring community setting.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving meals, setting up dining areas, and assisting residents with dietary needs while maintaining efficiency and hospitality. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and compassionate customer care.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Dept. guidelines for food service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals promptly and presentably.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Assists residents with meal selection or special needs.
• Sets up the dining room for the next meal period.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.
