Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Server to join our dining team. You will foster a clean, welcoming dining environment while delivering friendly, personalized service and meals to residents.

In this role you will take food and beverage orders, set up meal trays, assist residents with selections, and help prepare the dining room for the next service. A steady pace and physical stamina are required. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive team dedicated to resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department guidelines.
• Ability to serve food and beverages promptly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Primarily a standing position for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Takes orders and serves meals on a timely basis.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts.
• Assists residents with meal selections and needs.
• Sets up the dining room for the next meal.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.
