Qualifications

• Must be age 16 or older (minimum age requirement).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
• Patience and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to operate or learn basic kitchen appliances.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist throughout the dining experience.
• Enter and close orders in the POS system.
• Provide friendly customer service to achieve high resident satisfaction.
• Set and reset tables for meals.
• Inform residents about the day’s menu options.
