Job summary

Prestige Senior Living – Five Rivers in Tillamook, OR is seeking a friendly Dietary Aide - Server to assist with food preparation and service in the dietary department. You will help deliver meals, maintain cleanliness, and follow safety and sanitation guidelines. Experience not required; must have a State Food Handler Permit.

Qualifications

• Must have a State-permitted Food Handler Permit.
• Some High School education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and serving meals with portion control.
• Deliver meals to resident rooms or tables and set up trays per dietary orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining room and equipment.
• Clean utensils and ensure proper dishwasher operation and temps.
• Store and label food per guidelines; discard outdated items.
• Record equipment temperatures and report faults.
• Follow safety, infection control and chemical handling procedures.
• Greet residents and maintain dignity and confidentiality.
• Reset dining room for next meal and ensure supplies.
• Assist with stocking incoming food and supplies.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
