Cogir Senior Living in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents, ensuring dietary needs are met and a welcoming environment. In this role you will build meaningful relationships with residents and work with a supportive team.

You will have flexible shifts, opportunities for growth, and a friendly, professional work atmosphere. Prior hospitality or service experience is preferred, and a Food Handler Card is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality desirable.

Responsabilités

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portions.
• Prepare the dining room before each meal and reset tables after service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety guidelines and Cogir standards.
