• Experience in preparing foods in large quantities.
• Organized and detailed in work performance.
• Good communication skills with patience and empathy.
• Genuine caring for and interest in elderly residents.
• Comply with Residents' Rights and Facility Policies and Procedures.
• Perform Essential Duties as outlined above.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook resident meals according to menu and portions.
• Maintain sanitary work area and equipment.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and appearance expectations.
• Serve food on time following dietary guidelines and portions.
• Assist with special events and tray assembly as directed by supervisor.
