Job summary

Guardian center is seeking a Cook to support residents' daily meals and comfort. You will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, follow recipes and menu requirements, and keep the kitchen clean and organized to ensure safe service.

Responsibilities

• Handle and store raw materials, cooked food, and non-food supplies.
• Order, restock, and maintain inventories for kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Follow established recipes when preparing meals.
• Prepare ingredients per menu requirements.
• Adhere to food health and safety procedures.
• Cook, clean, and assist other staff in daily operations.
• Deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
• Work shifts as assigned by the Dietary Director.
