Job summary

Campbell Street Senior Living is seeking an experienced Dietary Cook to provide an efficient, exceptional dining experience for residents. You will prepare meals for residents at scheduled times, ensuring dietary needs are met and safety standards are maintained.

You will support the kitchen team, maintain cleanliness, and follow dietary procedures while delivering high-quality service that upholds our mission of compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
• High school diploma or be in school; able to read, write, and communicate in English at 8th grade level.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages per recipe.
• Performs food preparation, covering, storage, and labeling tasks.
• Arrange tray and table settings with proper tableware, condiments, and tray card.
• Serves meals to residents per established schedules and dietary procedures.
• Delivers nourishments and supplements to the nurse station for distribution.
• Maintains sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen equipment, counters, and storage areas.
