Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a compassionate Cook to prepare meals for residents in our care. You will follow established recipes, handle ingredients, and ensure proper safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, delivering meals with care, and assisting other staff as needed, under the guidance of the Dietary Director.

Qualifications

• Must be caring and empathetic toward residents and team.
• Ability to follow established recipes and safety procedures.
• Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle and store raw materials, cooked food, and non-food supplies properly.
• Order, restock, and maintain inventories for kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Prepare meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Follow establishment recipes when preparing meals.
• Prepare ingredients in accordance with menu requirements.
• Adhere to food health and safety procedures.
• Cook, clean, and assist other staff in daily operations.
• Deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
• Work shifts as assigned by the Dietary Director.
