Campbell Street seeks a dedicated Dietary Aide to provide an efficient, exceptional dining experience for residents. You will prepare meals, serve at regular mealtimes, and ensure safety and quality by following dietary guidelines and recording temperatures.

You’ll support a positive atmosphere aligned with our values and participate in QAPI initiatives. The role emphasizes effective communication with residents and staff, high standards of cleanliness, and a proactive approach to resident

Qualifications

• Communicates effectively with residents and staff.
• Provides friendly, quality service during meals.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen and dining areas.
• Follows dietary procedures and resident rights/quality of life principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages per recipe.
• Performs food prep, covering, storage and labeling tasks.
• Sets tables with properware and settings.
• Delivers nourishments to nurse station for distribution.
• Cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Records wash temperatures and maintains sanitation standards.
