Job summary

Archway Management is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist in all dietary functions in a care facility, ensuring meals are served timely and in accordance with policies. You will work with residents and staff to maintain a warm, sanitary dining environment.

Candidates must read, write and speak English, follow instructions, and participate in ongoing training. On-the-job training is provided, and the role supports meal service, sanitation, and dietary activities across shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Patience, tact and effective communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dietary procedures follow established policies.
• Serve meals and assist in serving meals as needed.
• Prepare and deliver snacks and assist in food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and dining areas.
• Assist in inventory, setup of meal trays, and food supplies for next meals.
