Job summary

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation of food service areas.

• Must be willing to adopt new food practices as directed.
• Must not pose a direct threat to health or safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and serve meals according to planned menus and special diets.
• Deliver snacks and meals to designated areas and ensure cart/service areas are stocked.
• Maintain a clean and safe dietary area according to sanitary regulations.
• Perform dishwashing and cleaning to prepare for the next meal.
